The property is clean; good sized and beautifully designed rooms; good bed. Helpful and attentive staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Excellent, prime location close to the bus terminal and the airport in town, shops, restaurants and the bus terminal and the fantastic metro system.

Liked our rooms with jacuzzi. The staff were all superfriendly and fairly friendly.

They served bad breakfast, it can definitely be improved.

All in all the hotel is attractive, it has outstandingly accommodating staff and wonderful rooms. The location is particularly good and unbeatable in a very quiet area, short walk to the Estadio metro stop and the non-touristy and quiet neighborhood and the airport in town, shops, restaurants and the bus terminal and Estadio metro station. It is near Rosso Pomodoro, where you can have lunch. This is a venue go-to for Medellin!

Stayed in this fabulous and great hotel during the trip. The room was clean and perfect with jacuzzi and the staff was incredible. The location was great and magnificent, with Rosso Pomodoro nearby, where we could eat. Truly enjoyed our excellent stay there a lot.

The room was impeccable and perfect, but best of all was city view. The clean bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. The hotel was in a favourable location, close to the subway.

The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.
